Staff Lunch - Parent Teacher Conference
Description
Our teachers and staff are truly the heart of our school, and we want to show them just how much they mean to us. To celebrate them during Fall Conferences, the PTA is hosting a special Staff Appreciation Lunch on Friday, October 10—and we’d love your help to make it a wonderful event!
Here are a few ways you can get involved:
- Coordinate the main meal: Reach out to local restaurants and place an order for ~100 staff. In the past, we’ve partnered with Ambar, Panera, and Wegman’s - always a hit!
- Shop for the extras: Pick up supplemental items like drinks, ice, side dishes, or paper goods (all expenses are covered by the PTA)
- Help on the day-of: Be there to welcome the catered meal, set up food and drinks, create a warm, inviting space for staff to enjoy, and lend a hand with cleanup afterward. Interested? Sign up here!
