The Long Branch PTA is committed to building a diverse and engaged community to support our students and teachers. Our PTA's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

GET INVOLVED

Long Branch relies on active parent participation to help our community thrive.  We hope that you and your family will stay abreast of our community events and actively participate.  We encourage you to donate your time and/or financial contributions to allow us to produce events and provide services that benefits our kids and teachers.

Here is how you can easily get involved: 

1. Volunteer. We are seeking volunteers for several positions this year. Contact president@lbpta.org if you are interested in serving as a volunteer. 

2. Donate. Make a donation to support the PTA's work this year. We rely on donations to fund PTA events and programs like teacher appreciation activities, stipends for teacher supplies, books for the library, end of year school events for all students, STEM Night, and Spring Fling. 

EVENTS

General Meeting

PTA meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. (with the exception of September, which will be on the 1st Wednesday). 

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 8. Topic: Advanced Academic Coach.

Future meetings will be: Jan. 14, April 8, May 13 and June 10.  

Meetings take place in the Long Branch library. Free pizza and childcare provided. Spanish translation provided.

Friday, Oct. 3 | 6-7:30 pm | Family dance party 

Get ready to dance the night away with your Long Branch friends! This is not a drop-off event. All students must be accompanied by a responsible chaperone. Bring your own water bottle and dancing shoes!
